Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed in the original outer packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food and flowers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time involved. Shipping: To return your product, please email us at [email protected] to receive return shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
