The prices displayed are in Australian dollars, and your transaction information is safe and protected. We prioritize the privacy of your personal details and do not share them with any third parties. After placing your order, we will send a confirmation to you. We offer two postal options, and you can find more information in the Delivery Details section. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email us immediately, and a complete refund will be provided if the goods have not been shipped back.
 
Q: Will customs intervene with my purchase?
A: All the generic medications we supply come with the necessary documentation to ensure prompt delivery within Australia. These medications can be legally imported, and while customs may occasionally inspect a package upon arrival, it will not be confiscated.

The tablets are contained in factory-sealed and tamper-proof blister foil packaging, with the manufacturer’s name and expiry date on each packet.
 
Q: Where do my ED meds come from?
A: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is dispatched. By using the tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your order. Although it is rare, we understand that orders can occasionally go astray or experience delays. If your order does not arrive, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating it. If your order is lost, it will be reshipped to you. If your order is not delivered within 45 days, you will receive a full refund.
